Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing the Creator Blueprint from MycreatorUI (operated by CapitalFlow V.O.F.). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. 14-Day Refund — Before Download

This policy applies to all customers worldwide, inside and outside the European Union.

2. Why "Before Download"

Once you click the download link in the order confirmation email, the digital file becomes yours. At that point the sale is final and we cannot reverse it — the same way you cannot return a movie ticket after you have watched the film. This is the standard pattern for digital goods under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

You are asked to confirm that you understand this at checkout, before payment, by ticking a clearly-labeled box. Without that confirmation the order does not proceed, and your 14-day pre-download refund right is preserved if you do choose to buy.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you bought the product but have not clicked the download link yet, email us at mycreatorui@gmail.com from the same email address you used to purchase. Include your order confirmation or payment ID if you have it handy (optional — we can look it up either way).

Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. What Happens to Your Download Link

When you request a refund, your unused download link is revoked immediately. If by accident you have already used the link, refer to §1 above — at that point the sale is final.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, we will make it right before the 14-day window applies:

• If your download link does not work — contact us and we will resend a working download link as quickly as possible.
• If you did not receive the email — check your spam/junk folder first. If it is not there, email us and we will resend the download link.
• If the file is corrupted or incomplete — contact us and we will send you a fresh copy.

6. Before You Purchase

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Before buying, please:

• Review the product description on our homepage carefully
• Read the FAQ section on our homepage
• Email us at mycreatorui@gmail.com if you have any questions about the product content

7. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to revoke your access to the product and any associated download links.

We would much rather resolve any concerns directly. Email us at mycreatorui@gmail.com first — we respond quickly and our 14-day refund policy means there is almost never a reason to escalate to your bank.
